i have a problem with sleeping, i dont get tired until about 1/2 am and then i want to get up at 11/12 which is junky cause it means i have big plans, but none of them get done. it doesnt help that iron chef isnt on till midnight and that all my friends posted pics on facebook and i feel compelled to look at them all....oh and i am so confused right now

have you ever heard of this sweet card game called fluxx? well it pretty much rocks, and ive been looking all over the local mall for it. i've found online how to buy it but i dont think that i will get it before i leave again. so if you know of a place in ottawa where i can buy it, or if you are willing to buy it and then send it to me, i will pay you back. its a fun card game you can look at it at looneylabs.com.

being home is nice, relaxing. i got to see a bunch of people tonight at the edge christmas party and eat lots of delicious food. now i feel quite full. tomorrow i get to see more peeps at another party. its good to be out of my sleep cocoon, but it it alway nice to be able to sleep in until 11:30 and stay up at night until like 1 or two am , like i used to. i missed my little puppy dog too. if anyone wants to hang out, i am totally up for it now that i have re-energized. call or email me!

i hope everyone is fine.

NET is crazy busy so i havent updated in forever. I am alive though and well. Some of the highlights have been 3 provinces in 1 day, whirlwind tours of halifax. going swiming in the atlantic in october and today was the first day i lead a retreat.

so DV was awesome, awesome, awesome. i am so excited for what's in store for me :)
i spend too much time at the library, the staff know me
im working wierd hours this week and i dont know how im going to get paied. oh well, at least im going to get any money at all, originally i had this week off, then friday my boss said they needed me to watch ben in the morning and take him to hockey...what were they going to do if i said i had plans? grr, sometimes i feel like i am being taken advatage of. on the up side 2 more weeks, that is if i go to school. corey emailed me saying there are still womens spots open on the net pastoral team, and i need to email him soon (like tomorrow) :S plz pray about this guys!

so i think there is someone who likes me, but i dont like them that way, and we sort of made plans to go out tomorrow night, but im really tempted to say im not feeling well and skip out, but that would be mean, but i think akward if its just us two, so if anyone wants to join us, gimme a call.

theresa leaves soon, *sniffle* its so wierd because, i know other people who were/are netters and its never been a big deal, because it seems like netters are like the popular people in high school-untouchable-but really their not, but others look upon them in awe. at least i did when i was in high school.anyway, theresas leaving and im so excited for her, but i will miss her immensley (sp?)

Stubenville is over, everyone is on the bus ride home, and seriously, i just feel this huge weight of darkness lifted off me. tonight was so much fun. we had about 6 teens and a bunch of older volunteer/core members, and we played le soccer for awhile. so pro! i am so out of shape though..haha. i think our team won. I forgot how much i love soccer, played mostly sweeper/mid, but since it was such a small field and players, that it was everywhere. AH!  and then we had some P&W. seriously my hands were everywhere, the HS was moving them!! P&W was so incredbile and spiritual, i didnt want it to end (mind you i hardly ever want it to end)

i have horrible disgusting blisters on the balls (lol) of my feet and i took off my shoes so one of them opened up, its pretty nastytastic so work tomorrow will be fun.

also exciting news: A-M burned copies of our benefit concert (she recorded it on her mini disk player). it is amazing. i was actually speechless when i was trying to describe it to lindsay. Father I Adore You (erin, linds, theresa, me singing) gave me goosebumps!!! there was definitely some car horn harmonies(deseree and jf know what im talking about). and oh wow, everyone sang beautifully and played wonderfully. you cant hear the djembe too much though-but enough when you are purposely listening for it ;)

and i just got off the phone with le lindsay and it was good,  i played her some tracks from the cd and she told me some fun news...haha she knows what im talking about.

anyway, i have to work tomorrow so it is bedtime for me :)
